Seeking Developer/Programmer

The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of current programming techniques and make recommendations on what technology to use from business requirements. He/she has an always-expanding knowledge base and is prepared to learn new techniques and technologies whenever necessary. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and work well within a creative team as well as client presentations.

Front End Requirements:
- 3+ years experience developing robust interactive solutions with Flash.
- AS3 object oriented programming and coded-based animation experience.
- Experience with creating complex applications tied to external data sources such as XML and JSON.
- Experience and can work with open source libraries such as TweenLite.
- Bandwidth optimization of swfs and streaming content such as videos and sound a plus.
- Experience with hand-coded HTML, Javascript and CSS required.
- Experience with AJAX, DOM manipulation using jQuery or similar required.

Back End Requirements
- 3+ years experience developing and configuring websites on a LAMP stack (PHP4 and PHP5).
- Drupal 6+ experience required.
- Experience with creating hand-coded HTML, Javascript and CSS from PSD or AI files.
- Experience with AJAX, third party API's, frameworks such as jQuery.
- Command line experience.

Others pluses:
- Ability to learn new API's and implement them.
- Knowledge and experience of Flex and AIR are a plus.
- E-Commerce experience a plus.
- Mobile experience a plus.

Software/Programs:
- Adobe CS4 or greater.
- Microsoft Office or similar.
